Dr. Arti Rampaul is a Family Medicine Consultant specializing in Diabetes and Lifestyle Medicine qualified from Guy’s King’s & St. Thomas’ School of Medicine, London.
She began her career in 2004 and covered a range of medical specialties in London tertiary hospital. This was spread across The Royal London Hospital, The Princess Royal Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital and King’s College Hospital.
She obtained her MRCP (Membership of the Royal College of Physicians) qualification during her hospital practice. In 2013, she gained her MRCGP (Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners) and CCT, when she entered community medicine, bringing with her all her previous experience from front line hospital medicine.
Dr. Arti moved to Dubai in 2015, and has worked as a Family Medicine doctor delivering care to patients with both acute and chronic medical problems.
Her specialty area is type 2 diabetes and related chronic diseases, including hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and obesity. Dr. Arti holds a postgraduate diploma in Diabetes from Cardiff University, UK, and a diploma in Lifestyle Medicine from the International Board Certification in Lifestyle medicine. She uses the principles of lifestyle medicine with a scientific based approach to treat and reverse chronic diseases.
